1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Heritage Jeweller website or engaging our services at our Mall of Lahore boutique, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all bespoke commissions, transactions, and consultations provided by the House of Heritage.

2. Bespoke & Custom Commissions

Heritage Jeweller specializes in custom-made masterpieces. Please note that for all bespoke orders:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to begin the design process.
• Final designs must be approved by the client before master crafting commences.
• Timeline estimates are subject to the complexity of the design and the sourcing of rare stones.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices for our signature collections are subject to change based on the daily international market rates for Gold and precious stones. Payments are accepted via secure bank transfer or in-person at our boutique.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal and high-value nature of our jewelry:

• Bespoke or engraved items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
• Signature collection pieces may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all certifications intact.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.
